Bilingual A/R and Collections Clerk/Administrator




















Our client's business in Quebec is growing and consequently they have the immediate need for a Bilingual A/R Clerk/Administrator.



Responsibilities:


·         Match payments to invoices and reconcile accounts


·         Make deposits and apply receipts


·         Review aging report


·         Make soft collections to accounts past-due


·         Coordinate projects


·         Enter data into database


·         Do all French correspondence for major Quebec client


Qualifications:


·         Fluency in English and French, oral and written


·         MS Word, Excel, Outlook


·         Knowledge of QuickBooks or Navision or equivalent accounting software


·         AutoCad, an asset


·         Ability to learn new software quickly


·         Ability to work in deadline drive environment


·         Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and resolve problems


·         Team player


·         High attention to detail


·         Good problem solving skills


·         2-3 years A/R experience


 


A VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED.


Remuneration:  35-38K, plus benefits after six months.
