Our Confidential Client is currently looking for a

Responsibilities:

• Working with purchasing partners


• identify implement automated tool to optimize and harmonize


• forecasting and purchasing procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy of system data


• Develop tools and processes to achieve higher inventory turns


• Work with business units to control reduce nonactive inventory


• Review market outlook and sales strategies with business unit partners to establish forecast safety stock and inventory requirements


•  Ensure accuracy in SAP for SCM parameters in order to achieve cleaner and more synchronized data


• Coordinate with SCM master data analyst and purchasers to achieve goals


•  Participate in and coordinate review of master data


• Lead SCM Logistics process improvements


• Provide inventory management strategies to maintain high service levels minimum inventory optimal procurement frequency


•  Analyze optimize inventory levels for central stock and all branch locations ie optimum levels with effective reorder point minimum order quantities


• Review reorder point levels for central and all branch inventory locations quarterly


• Excess and Obsolete EO inventory management reporting of slow moving discontinued excess surplus inventory


•  Provide analysis reporting coordination with product owners


•  Drive agreed actions to reduce deplete EO inventories Conduct and coordinate regular physical inventories at all warehouse locations While ensuring processes meet standards verifiable with external audits


•  Develop and prepare reports and analysis on inventory turns consumption inventory shrinkages backorders and other reports as required


•  Responsible for MRP related parameter setting and changes to ensure correct definition to meet business requirements
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

·         Business Supply Chain College Diploma - University Degree

·         Enrolled or completed an APICS program

·         Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications Word Excel Access PowerPoint

·         SAP knowledge and experience is a must MM WM SD modules preferred

·         Strong leadership and communication skills are a must
