Client Information
Our client is a medium sized search firm with locations across Canada. They offer solutions in the accounting & finance field. They are currently looking to grow their team by two account managers.
Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships in the private sector
- Offer interim solutions to clients
- Work with the recruitment team to secure talent
- Present candidates to clients and negotiate salaries and fees
Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of three years of sales experience or accounting experience
- Must have a completed post secondary experience
Remuneration
Our client pays a base salary of $40 - 45k plus commissions. Expect first year income to be around $70k and second year income to be around $85k.
