Duties:
- Support the technical configuration and support to end-users via phone and email
- Handle the ticket logging and troubleshooting of Web base CRM applications
- Execute the product component of the solution deployment process from initial customization through to full implementation.
- Report client feedback to help continually improve the product and processes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with web-base CRM applications
- Prefer candidates that come from a SaaS environment
- Application support experience is a must
- Strong HTML and other web base technology skills is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
