Bookkeeper




Experience with Microsoft Simply Accounting an asset.

Duties include:

- Ability to handle a full set of books

- Accounts Payable/Receivable 

- Payroll

- GST, and government remittance 

- Job tracking and costing

- New vendor / customer setup and credit review 

- Purchase order generation

- Must have courteous and professional telephone skills. 



Strong organizational skills are a must. Candidate will be responsible for organization and execution of of job files, payables, receivable, purchase orders and invoices. 



Some administration duties may be required from time to time:

- routing of incoming calls to the correct applications department

- filing, ensuring office supplies are stocked and ordered when required
