Position: Business Analyst - EPC Location: Calgary Start Date: ASAP Position Summary: This EPC Project will focus on Business Requirements Gathering and Assessment in the Workface Planning and Turnover Management areas. You will be required to handle multiple work assignments simultaneously that may be at various stages in the system development life cycle in an unstructured environment. Experience Required - Oil & Gas experience - preference to Oil Sands SAGD and Upgrader - 5 + years as a Business Analyst Mandatory Skills: - EPC experience - Business requirements gathering and Assessment in Workface Planning and Turnover Management - Demonstrate experience working with structured methodologies - Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders - Clarify and validate requirements throughout project life cycle - Assist I/T Leads in facilitating stakeholder sign-off of requirements - Develop test plans and test cases for purchased applications, ensuring effective coverage of requirements - Monitor, facilitate and participate in the testing and deployment of applications - Assist I/T Leads with providing leadership and support for change management and training - Assist I/T Leads with facilitating a smooth transition from project to the support organization - Develop all project document in accordance with our client's standards Nice-to-Have Skills: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to learn new concepts quickly - Attention to detail - Flexible and capable of handling change readily PROCOM SERVICES A leading provider of IT services in North America, PROCOM and PROCOM SERVICES currently have more than 2800 consultants on assignment and place hundreds of people in permanent positions annually.
