DIRECTOR, CORPORATE FINANCE

 

A successful, national real estate company is currently seeking an experienced Director, Corporate Finance. Working out of the corporate head office in the GTA, and supporting the asset management group, the Director, Corporate Finance will lead the group's corporate accounting and finance functions. 

 

The Director, Corporate Finance will liaise with internal stakeholders, third party management companies, and financial institutions and be responsible for:  1) Corporate financial reporting, 2) Treasury, 3) Cashflow and cash management, 4) Debt/Mortgage financing, 5) Tax planning for acquisitions and dispositions, 6) Corporate audit, 7) Performance management.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build their team.
