Compensation: Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and years of experience and can range from $55,000 to $105,000 per annum.

Our client is seeking an individual to provide leadership to their Financial Recovery Services (FRS) practice in Brandon, Manitoba. This individual must be energetic and dynamic! Two weeks of training in the Winnipeg office at starting and position does not require extensive travel. As the successful candidate you will be a designated C.I.R.P, Trustee and or/willing to enroll in the National Insolvency Qualification program. All courses are fully sponsored by our client.
Main responsibilities include all aspects of the administration of consumer and commercial insolvency files. By networking with the community and proactively marketing the services of the FRS department you will also drive the growth of the practice. Supervising staff, overseeing the administration of files, and ensuring all statutory requirements are met are also key aspects of this role. Managing Work in Progress, accounts receivable and acting as a liaison with the Regional Practice Leader are also responsibilities of this role.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in an Insolvency role and have a solid understanding of rules, laws and procedures. You are a designated CA/CGA and have a proven record of people management. You have strong marketing knowledge and networking skills and are confident in your abilities to grow the Financial Recovery Services practice.
Through exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish working relationships with clients and debtors, the successful candidate will demonstrate they are a self motivated, strong team player. Ability to provide high quality service on tight deadlines is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication and strong analytical abilities are necessary.
