Mentor Engineering offers opportunities with our Mobile product development team to expand and develop our mobile application tools.  Primary Responsibilities: With Mentor's mobile application tool suite, we have created simplified C# and MFC interfaces that allow applications to readily access key product features such as vehicle telematics information (J1939, OBDII and J1708), vehicle location based triggers (AVL/GPS), text to speech tools and so on.  The successful applicant will develop and implement new functions and features for our tool suite. Additional opportunities within this position may include mobile application development and research into emerging technologies. Requirements: ·               A University degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering ·               Strong written and oral communications skills. ·               Familiarity with Microsoft development tools ·               Experience with C#, Microsoft .NET Framework, MFC and ATL/COM/DCOM ·               Experience developing within a multi-threaded environment ·               Practical and relevant C and C++ programming experience Assets: ·               Device driver development experience (preferably for Windows CE devices) ·               Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills ·               Basic understanding of hardware schematics/circuits Please specify job title and email your resume with cover letter (your cover letter must include salary expectations) to hr@mentoreng.com  no later than February 19.
