Kelly Services is seeking a Technical Support for our client, a busy helpdesk in Edmonton, Alberta (fortune 500 company). POSITION OVERVIEW/CORE TASKS: - Responsible for fielding technical support calls for a variety of global clients
- Solving any number of technical problems over the phone &ndash including, but not limited to, Operating Systems, Hardware, Software, Connectivity
REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 1 Year Technical Support Experience
- Must be available for a 24/7 environment
- Individual must be a hardworking self-starter with a sense of urgency to provide timely and superior service to our customer.
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction via excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Past experience with successfully managing conflicting priorities in a fast paced, high pressure environment - Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask/prioritize work is a must
- Proven track record within a call centre, previous tech support experience in a call centre environment
- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Positive attitude, ability to work well with team members and service providers
- Post Secondary education within the IT field
