MANAGER, FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS

 

 

Our client, a fast paced exciting company in the Kitchener/Waterloo area is looking to add a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to its team to support its growing operations. This role offers very meaningful and interesting work including direct interaction with Senior Management. In this role you will lead, review, analyze and support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the company.

 

Requirements:

 

You are a designated accountant (CMA, CA, CGA) and have a minimum of 5 years of planning and analysis experience. Preferably, planning and analysis experience was obtained working for a medium to large company with operations in multiple countries and/or multiple product lines. You have a proven track record in highlighting and resolving issues in a timely manner, questioning results, challenging the status quo, initiating and successfully implementing change, creative problem solving and effective decision making. You should have superior communication skills, both orally and written and experience interacting with and presenting your analysis to Senior Management. Experience within an ERP environment and strong excel skills would be an asset. Our client provides a very rewarding compensation package that would be considered better than market.
