Description	KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deployment of desktops and peripherals as mandated by the Project Control Office and associated deployment documentation and checklists Perform hardware and/or software upgrades to existing equipment Perform basic network connections for desktops and printers Perform troubleshooting to determine and resolve the root cause of many hardware or software malfunctions at the desktop level Perform moves, adds, changes of computer equipment Familiarity with Deployment Guidelines Outsourcing to client sites Be available for regular work assignments during evenings and weekends or out of town No guaranteed hours Car is nice to have QUALIFICATIONS: Must pass Security Clearance check College or University education in Electronics or Computer Science A+ Certification At least one (1) year of related job experience Experience with at least one operating system Good written and verbal communication skills A sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments Ability to identify with customer situations and project a positive, confident outlook High level of integrity and honesty Ability to take direction and follow practices and procedures consistently and accurately Good time management skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs on a regular basis
