Job Overview	Our client requires a Project Manager - Infrastructure to manage an upgrade to Exchange 2010 for over 1,000 mailboxes. The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the project including: vendor management, resource management, financial management and reporting, project control and risk management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: . Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support IT goals in collaboration with senior management . Develop a project plan and associated communications documents . Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion . Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders . Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team . Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools . Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations . Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans . Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle QUALIFICATIONS: . University degree or technical diploma in Computer Science or Business Administration . Project Management Professional (PMP) designation desired but not essential . Previous experience working on a large Exchange migration project . Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams . Strong organization and time management skills in order to multi-task . 7-10 years' direct work experience in technical infrastructure projects, . Strong written and oral communication skills .
