Ajilon is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our lower mainland client.
JOB DUTIES
- Canadian Payroll - salaried and hourly, union, f/t and casual for aprox. 350 employees
- Full cycle Payroll including entering new hires, reconciliations, reporting, ROE, EI remittances, etc.
- Benefits reconciliation & journal entries
- Communication: verification, answering queries
- Pro-active team environment, knowledgeable and ready to meet all challenges Payroll can present
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of Canadian (inter-provincial) Payroll Experience
- Full cycle Payroll experience
- Experience implementing a payroll program
- Strong Excel
- CPA (PCP) preferred or equivalent work experience
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
