Security Clearance: Secret
Must Haves:
Minimum 3 years exposure to a Visual Basic Environment
Minimum 4 years programming with the MS.Net
Minimum 5 years RDBMS exposure, the last 2 years specially with SQL/Server
Minimum 5 years in a systems analyst / user consultation environment
Understanding of data flow and E-R modeling techniques
Nice to Haves:
Demonstrated experience development applications using Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 and 2005
Experience with application development – standards and practices, including object oriented programming
Knowledge and experience in XML and XSLT
