We are seeking a candidate capable of playing an integral role in the support of our service component delivery to our internal clients in the various business groups. The focus will be to perform preventative management and maintenance as well as quickly responding to client inquiries, challenges and system outages as the need arises. As a Support Systems Administrator, you will work as part of a team in reviewing, developing, and executing activities to maintain, and enhance our Virtualization service offering and assisting with enterprise ITS and LOB projects. You will provide direction, consulting and support to other ITS groups. You will conduct assessments of Infrastructure and Line of Business projects, identifying areas of concern and influencing business and IT decisions to ensure solutions are in line with the Virtualization Infrastructure Service's Support vision.
