Accounts Payable Clerk- home building or construct

There is an exciting opportunity to be a part of one of the hottest industries in the province. Hays is searching for a permanent Accounts Payable Clerk for our Concord based client. Individuals will only be considered if they have worked in the home building, construction, or real estate industries. The position will require the matching, batching, coding of invoices, bi-weekly cheque runs, vendor follow up, and monthly reconciliations of 10-12 accounts.



This individual will possesses software specific to home building, construction, or real estate industries, such as NewStar or Timberline. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as is being an intermediate Microsoft Excel user. Only candidates matching the above details will be eligible.
