Position:        Bilingual (Quebecois) Technical Support Representatives (Inbound Calls)

Time:            days/evening/Over Night

Type:           perm - full-time

Salary:          $16-$18/hour + Benefits

We need people who have a technical aptitude to support Wireless Data Products and Service using superior customer service skills. You will provide world-class technical support in a call centre to our customers.

 

We are looking for individuals to work in our Call Centre facility in Scarborough.  We are recruiting bilingual (English/French) only with excellent communication skills

 

Full paid training is provided.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Provide inbound call centre technical support to home phone, DSL, and mobile devices in a timely and cost effective manner.


• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer issues via telephone and provide first call resolution


• Familiarity with Mobile/cellular hardware and software configuration


• Perform initial call logging and incident management activities in a Call Management System.


• Participate in operational planning sessions and establish continuous improvements procedures to reduce costs

 

Must Haves:

 

• Technical Diploma or equivalent related technical experience with minimum 3 years call centre experience working in a tech support role


• Good understanding of Telephony, data and voice principals would be an asset


• Excellent computer literacy. Good comfort level with web based tools


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team


• Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision


• Strong problem-solving, customer service and multi-tasking skills


• Good organizational and interpersonal skills


• Must be available to work flexible work schedules.


• Minimum grade 12 education with preference given to those with a post secondary education.
