Business Process Manager (1 Year Contract)




Our client based in Kitchener, Waterloo has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Manager of Business Process Global Repair Services. This is a 12 month contract and all work will be done on the client site in Waterloo. No travel is required.

The subcontractor will be responsible for the management and support of all business systems supporting the Global Repair Services (GRS) business unit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the GRS leadership team to develop and support optimal business systems solutions.
  • Daily responsibility for the management of the development and support teams.
  • Will mentor and lead a team of technical individuals in developing and maintaining systems solutions.
  • Determine optimal solutions for complex business problems.
  • Ensure continuous systems availability and support
  • Identify solutions and alternatives to business and systems problems, providing stakeholders with guidance to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • 5 years team lead and/or management experience
  • 7+ years of business analysis and/or technical analysis in application management environment
  • Strong technical and business knowledge in supply chain reverse logistics or systems integration
  • Great communications and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Supply Chain Management reporting requirements
  • Project Management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver projects and tasks on time

Additional Assets:

  • PMP
  • SAP PP, MM or SD Certification
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or similar certification
