Location | Toronto, Ontario. The position will require some travel across North America and the ability to work non-standard hours to meet our clients' needs.
|
Primary | · Develop marketing and sales support materials · Maintain the product content on the company's website · Organize and conduct sales presentations to prospects · Participate in trade shows and other industry events to promote the company's products and services · Maintain relationships with prospects · Participate in the implementation of products and services as a member of the implementation team · Undertake post-sales follow-up with clients to ensure on-going client satisfaction and to identify additional sales opportunities · Participate in office internal projects as the need arises.

Required Skills / Experience | · Undergraduate degree · Strong I.T. skills (through education and/or experience) · Familiar with data integration concepts and technologies · Well-developed communication skills - (verbal/presentation, active listening and business/technical writing) · Comfort level dealing assertively and credibly with all levels within client organizations (user and I.T.) · A passion for client service · Proven problem-solving skills · Ability and motivation to take responsibility and work independently, and to work co-operatively and positively in a dynamic team environment.
