THE OPPORTUNITY: 



Our client a well-established Financial Institution, situated in Downtown Toronto is looking for a MS Office Corporate Trainer for a full time permanent position.

 

Must have previous corporate training experience.   



RESPONSIBILITIES: 



Facilitates and delivers instructional, operational and product-based training programs using Microsoft Office software.   



Responsible for the planning, scheduling, creation and execution of training activities. These duties include class room facilitation and personal one-on-one or small group training.  



Must have a good understanding of business partner needs and the target audience for each program in order to provide appropriate delivery solutions. 



Facilitates programs in a professional manner to meet the expectations and identified needs of the business partner. 



Develops and edits materials associated with training. 



Ensures programs delivered are up-to-date in terms of content and take advantage to refer project opportunities where possible. 



Liaises with existing Clients while working closely with all departments.   



Develops custom courses to meet specific needs and standards. 



Keeps abreast of current technology and methods for meeting training needs in a cost-effective manner. 



Ability to handle multiple concurrent Client needs is necessary. 



Demonstrates an understanding of industry trends, significant HR issues and business partner needs. 



Provides feedback to team members on new and on-going programs. 



REQUIREMENTS: 



At least 5 years experience as a technical instructor with solid expertise in the Microsoft Office applications.   



Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   



A team player who contributes to the success of the entire group.    



Professional in appearance and presentation.
