Payroll Coordinator


















Accounting Advantage is currently seeking a Payroll Professional for a well-established company in Mississauga.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:


·        Process Payroll for 500 + employees


·        Prepare and process annual vacation payments


·        Prepare T4's, T4As,  ROE's, and journal entries.


·        You will also be responsible for benefits administration.


·        Complete year end requirements


·         Prepare payroll related reports


·         Assist employees with payroll and benefits inquiries


 


Key Qualifications:


·        Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll administration


·        Working knowledge of provincial tax and health care regulations


·        Must have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)


·        Experience with  ADP software


·        CPA level 1 certified or working towards designation


·        Excellent organizational skills


·        Good problem solving and analytical skills


·        Able to deal with confidential information with high degree of professionalism
