Accountant Post Date: 03/09/2010 Location: Grimsby , ON Assignment: Temporary Pay Rate: $14.40 to $17.60 per hour Start Date: 03/15/2010 Job Order Number: 507-013492 Requirements: You must have 3+ years experience in a capacity of a Staff Accountant, Financial Analyst or Intermediate Account. You must have demonstrated experience in the above noted responsibilities. Experience with a large ERP (SAP, ACCPAC, etc.) is essential. Description: Our client located in Grimsby, requires an Accountant for a 2-3 month opportunity. As the Accountant you will be reporting to the Director of Finance. Your primary responsibilities will be to prepare journal entries, modify and update entries as needed, prepare month end reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies in the general ledger. Other duties will include preparing fixed asset schedules, IFRS implementation and more. This is a full time opportunity and the hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
