Our client, located in Guelph is looking to hire an Accounting Manager for their growing team.  As the Accounting Manager you will report directly to the General Manager and your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring an accounting team, implementing and developing cost controls as well as assisting with the development of annual budgets and forecasts.  You will be highly involved in strategic planning with upper management as well as overseeing the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.  As the Accounting Manager you will be instrumental in aggressive growth initiatives of the organization.
