Our client
is looking for the following skill set:
n Process high volume, Canada Wide invoices for entry
by matching PO's, ensuring correct account coding and appropriate
authorizations, utilizing AccPac software
n Audit and process employee expense reports.
n Prepare cheques for signature and distribution on a
timely basis.
n Resolve vendor issues and inquiries.
n Monthly account reconciliation and Sub-ledger
balancing.
n Monthly issuing of Inter-company Memos.
n Maintain and update vendor files.
n Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and financial/cost
analysis reporting.
n Track all costs in accordance with requirements of
individual budget cost centers.
n Verify all direct payments to appropriate bank
accounts, deposit payments received by office.
n Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with day to day
duties
n Special projects as assigned.
