Are you an energetic, organized and results-focused individual?                                                                                                     Accounts Payable Supervisor - Temporary - 20170  About the Role Develop and coach accounts payable team Establish and communicate standard operating procedures for accounts payable related matters Perform analysis to monitor accounts payable trends and respond to routine queries Co-ordinate the reconciliation of vendor accounts to the accounts payable sub-ledger and reconcile accounts payable accounts to the general ledger Ensure approval and matching is observed for purchases and payments Train personnel with respect to accounts payable related material when required  About You 2 + years supervisory experience within an accounts payable department Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent leadership, training and motivation skills Solid knowledge and understanding of basic accounting practice and of the accounting cycle Analytical thinker, flexible, and resourceful with a keen attention to detail Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize assigned tasks Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Pay Rate Range $28 - $30/hr   Designations Required Accounting designation (CMA or CGA) or near completion How to Apply Please apply by emailing your resume to info@procountstaffing.com.
