Accounts Payable/Reception (#5746) Position: Accounts Payable Clerk / Reception Salary: $30-35k Permanent full time position Location: Woodbridge Our client located in Woodbridge is looking for a strong A/P clerk who is comfortable sitting at reception. The successful candidate will be serious and dedicated with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi task. . Matching and coding invoices . Obtaining approvals . Data entry . Update vendor information . Process cheque requests and complete cheque runs . Audit and process credit card bills and expense reports . Process weekly payroll . Reception and various administrative duties as required Advantages . Team oriented environment . Long tenured, loyal staff Qualifications . 2-3 years experience in accounts payable . Experience working in the construction industry an asset . Jonas software experience also and asset . Confident and hard working . Can do attitude!
