Bookkeeper and Office Administrator
























Our client located in the Etobicoke area is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join their growing team.  You will need to be able to work on your own in a small office environment with a comfort level to handle a variety of duties and responsibilities including:




  • Answer telephones

  • Open/distribute  Mail

  • Check customer credit and release work order to shop

  • Enter Purchase orders for inventory items required for sales orders

  • Receive all goods from suppliers and input into system

  • Do inventory adjustments for each sales order

  • Invoice customers

  • Attach copy of invoice to related sales order and file

  • Mail invoices to customer

  • Accounts receivable collections for amounts due

  • Apply cheques to customer accounts

  • Enter cheques in bank book

  • Take bank deposit to bank  

  • Enter all accounts payable

  • Pay accounts payable when due 

  • Print cheques

  • Mail cheques

  • Reconcile all general ledger accounts for month end and year end reporting

  • Prepare data for yearly Audit/General Review  - assist auditors  

  • Help prepare report for production budget info - sales, cost of goods, expenses etc  

  • Bi-weekly payroll  input and yearly reconciliation and filing 

  • GST/PST/WSIB filings  

  • Co-ordinate year end inventory count


Ideal candidate will have a full understanding of Quickbooks, excellent communication skills, full committed to a full time position, reliable and dependable.
