POSITION SCOPE:

New Electric is achieving remarkable growth and is seeking experienced, innovative and business-savvy professionals for Branch Manager positions within its Toronto-area Territory (Brampton, Mississauga, London and Scarborough). As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue and client satisfaction goals, business development and managing a team of experienced professionals to ensure that the work delivered meets high standards of customer satisfaction
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Find and develop business relationships with customers utilizing a consultative sales approach
· Oversee branch operations including overall sales and profitability. Responsible for all P&L, gross margin, payroll, budgets and recruitment
· Responsible for achieving Branch Sales Goals as well as an individual quota
· Develop and implement strategies to ensure repeat business from customers
· Work with Canadian Business Development Manager to maintain existing customers and to cultivate strategic new business
· Lead, coach and mentor Branch employees
· Communicate regularly with suppliers and purchasers to acquire the right equipment at the right time
· Analyze and manage workload and resources to match customer requirements and projects/jobs
· Communicate with Project Managers and hold them accountable for delivering quality work, on time and within budget
· Requirement to be on-call in order to maintain Branch stability and customer satisfaction
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management or hold an Electrical Engineering degree/designation. An industrial electrical license equivalent of a 309 A an asset
· At least 5+ year's management experience within a trades industry, electrical industry an asset
· Profit and Loss, budget, and expense management experience required
· Proven success achieving sales goals and growth targets
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
· Experience managing technical field workers and sales professionals
· Possess a strong business sense, with an understanding or market trends and how to anticipate and meet customer demands
· Must be hands-on, inventive, and logical
· Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
· Computer skill proficiency with MS Office and other CRM programs.
