Financial Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Sales Analysis (40%)

• Maintain sales, inventory and competitive tracking reports for national and regional information needed for sales and marketing team.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and commentary in regard to the report results. Develop consignment sales information in tracking reports.

Shipment Forecasts (15%)

• With sales data, purchase order tracking information and marketing plans - prepare shipment forecasts.
• Provide shipment forecasts to suppliers to facilitate production planning of orders.
• Prepare case shipment summaries and reports on a weekly basis.

Supply Chain Management (15%)

• Track general list, vintages and consignment P.Os, pricing & value.
• Liaise with inventory managers to resolve PO and forecast issues
• Liaise with QC dept and suppliers on Supply Chain issues
• Liase with finance division to solve PO and invoice issues.

Other ( 10 %)

• Download of Sale of Data information
• Upload of Sale of Data information, narrowcast reports, sales data from other facilties.
• Involvement in prepareation of sales meetings.
• Prepare Adhoc reports and presentations for meetings with suppliers.

Qualifications:

• University of College Degree with at least 2 yrs experience as a financial business analyst.
• Must be an expert or have advanced skills in using Excel, ( including the use of Pivot tables and macros)
• Familiarity with access and targit.
