We are currently seeking a Channel Compensation Supervisor to join our TORONTO office.
Accountabilities:
&bull Financial administration of the distribution channel programs including commissions, VIR, Co-op and Over & Above programs  
&bull Financial support and administration
&bull New process and systems development and implementation
&bull Channel partners&rsquo statement preparation/review
&bull Invoice review and account settlement
&bull Monthly financial close and reporting cycle accruals financial audit support, etc.
&bull Program monthly reporting and performance reporting
&bull Ability to build, lead, manage and grow a small team that scales with the business
&bull Maintain up to date systems and process maps and documentation
&bull Raise business issues to management and lead through to resolution· Projects as assigned
Qualifications:
&bull Strong command in English both written and verbal· Advanced skills on Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)&bull &bull &bull &bull Highly organized with attention to detail
&bull Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal skills
&bull Strong sense of urgency and results-oriented
&bull Work well in a team while requiring minimal supervision
&bull Working knowledge with Oracle accounting software
&bull Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience
&bull Experience with a dealer channel and Retailers such as Wal*Mart, and Best Buy.
&bull Post secondary education and/or professional designation in accounting
