Prestigious National client has an immediate need to hire full time a Bilingual
Collection Specialist!

 

Salary $55,000 to $60,000 -  Flex Times Available

 

This well-rounded role will include a range of duties relating to
Accounts Receivable.  Collection calls,
client follow-up, resolving client concerns, reconcile accounts, while always
providing outstanding service to clients.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently within a team
environment.

Qualifications:

·       
Fluent in French and English both verbal and written

·       
Minimum of 3 years collection experience preferably in a law firm,
commercial or financial organization

·       
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of professionals

·       
Ability to adapt to a variety of situations

·       
Good negotiating skills

·       
Excellent communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and
tact

·       
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word
