The Graham Group Ltd., one of Canada's leading general contractors and 50 Best Managed Companies has career opportunities for 2 Contract Administrators to work in our Calgary and Saskatoon offices.
The Contract Administrator is responsible for administering subcontracts from creation to execution, including the collection and verification of required supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure subcontracts are completed accurately
- Tracks subcontracts and owner contracts from creation to close out
- Reviews and evaluates all supporting documents as required by the subcontract
- Communicates with subtrades to ensure documents are complete
- Updates the accounting system to reflect current status of subtrade documents
- Assists Operations Accountant with other tasks as required
- Other administrative duties as assigned
 
Requirements:
- High school graduate with some post secondary accounting education preferred
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience
- Strict attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Accurate data entry skills
