Credit Analyst-Bilingual (French/English)

Customer focus, vision and delivery are what allow great organizations to be on the cutting edge of service. Our client in Peel Region is looking for a Bilingual Credit Analyst to join their team!

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collection and application of funds owed


• Ensure charge backs and under payments are investigated and resolved appropriately and in a timely manner


• Maintain positive customer relationships  


• Approve and deny credit requests for various clients (B2B)

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Prepare and maintain database of accounts covered by companies


• Monitor and proactively follow-up on customers not paying within agreed terms


• Keep management & necessary parties informed of circumstances when necessary

Other Responsibilities

 

• Work with sales in determining customer credit limits (Monitor and adjust as necessary)


• Investigate and appropriately resolve charge backs and under payments in a timely manner


• Assist customers and sales personnel with questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner


• Any other responsibilities as assigned


• Maintain customer files, records of payment, PST certificates, etc. 
  
   

QUALIFICATION PROFILE

 

• Minimum of 3 years Credit/Collections experience


• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Must be able to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with others


• Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
