Installation Supervisor



Report to : Engineering Manager

Location: Toroto/Montreal

Job Responsibilities:

The installation supervisor is responsible for modeling / planning on-site installation activities to ensure services are delivered in a timely and professional manner. This entails the creation of site specific installation documents, quality plans, and resource plans necessary to meet both quality and schedule commitments.

He/she is also responsible for establishing local implementation requirements and defining the various installation package parameters. The Installation Supervisor works with the Project Manager to \ensure deployment priorities are understood, delivery objectives are met, and quality metrics are achieved.

Your profile

.Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/telecommunication Engineering

.with more than 5 years of related work experience and similar position in wireless industry, specifically in Construction/Projects

. Microsoft office applications (including Project).

. Should have a good technical understanding with good documentation skills, negotiation skills and excellent decision making ability. Be able to deal with complexity, problem solving, and have strong construction/project management skills including risk, procurement, cost, quality and resource controls.

. First aid and or CPR qualifications preferred.

. Valid drivers license required.

. Prior experience supervising employees and/or 3rd parties engaged in the installation of vendor provided hardware

. Thorough understanding of telecom equipment installation practices and methodology

. Understanding of RF cable and antenna systems

. Knowledge of industry standards and requirements as they pertain to telecom equipment installation or Thorough understanding of regulation and quality control of telecom site acquisition and civil work

. Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral, and written)
