We are currently seeking a Retail Finance Specialist to join our Toronto office.



Accountabilities:



&bull Billing reconciliations, A/R, payment application and issue resolution with customers for B2B sales

&bull AP reconciliations, invoice settlement for dealer and distribution programs

&bull Monthly reporting to corporate store landlords

&bull Monthly Corporate Stores financial statement prepraration and reporting

&bull Monthly A/R financial closing procedures, analysis and reporting

&bull Assist the cash management team and the retail operations team as required.

&bull Other ad-hoc assignments as required.



QUALIFICATIONS:·



&bull Strong command in English both written and verbal

&bull Advanced skills on Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

&bull Highly organized with attention to detail

&bull Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal skills

&bull Strong sense of urgency and results-oriented

&bull Work well in a team while requiring minimal supervision

&bull Working knowledge with Oracle accounting software

&bull Minimum 2 years relevant business experience

&bull Post secondary education in accounting
