Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Finance (CMA or CGA)

General Accountabilities:

 

Ø       Communicating with Operations, Project Managers and Senior Management,

      providing support to both financial and non-financial groups

Ø       Leading the Financial Planning and Analysis (budgeting/forecasting) process

Ø       Presentation and explanation of monthly, yearly and quarterly results

Ø       Business case analysis and financial support for new and existing projects

Ø       Updating processes for future reporting requirements (IFRS) and ensuring compliance

 

Requirements:

 

Ø       Canadian Accounting Designation (CMA, CGA or CA)

Ø       Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent

Ø       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ø       Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills

Ø       Results oriented, driven and self-motivated

Ø       Proven ability to work cross functionally and communicate with all levels

Ø       Minimum 5-7 years financial planning & analysis experience

Ø       Experience using a large ERP system (SAP preferred, but not required)
