Accounting Clerk


















Accounting Advantage is actively seeking an Accounting Clerk for a client in York Region.



Responsibilities:

- Matching, batching and coding of daily vendor invoices

- Process bi-weekly cheque runs

- Account reconciliations

- Bank reconciliations

- Journal entries

- Process weekly payroll

- Prepare year end including T4s, T4As and payroll reconciliations

- Other duties as required



Qualifications:

- 3 or more years experience in an accounting role, including payroll

- Post- secondary education in accounting or finance

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multi-task
