Finance Manager

What's involved?


Reporting directly to the Vice-President, Finance & Accounting and Corporate Logistics Operations, the Manager, Finance will be managing the finance function, which is responsible for Treasury, Budgeting, Forecasting and Management Reporting.


 


Management


·   Manage and deploy resources of Corporate Finance Dept to meet internal and external stakeholders' requirements


·   Liaise with CUSA Finance and other CCI budget and inventory control depts


·   Assist Senior Management in mitigation of overall corporate risks


Treasury


·   Manage investment portfolio in accordance with Investment Policy and Guidelines


·   Maximize return on investments


·   Manage corporate cash flow requirements


·   Manage monthly cash forecasting to CUSA Finance


Budgeting


·   Manage quarterly budgeting process


·   Manage review and submission schedules


·   Coordinate internal submissions with Budget Controllers


·   Manage analyses for Senior Management


·   Manage submission to CUSA Finance


·   Assist Senior Management with presentations


Forecasting


·   Manage monthly and weekly forecasting processes


·   Manage and review submission schedules


·   Coordinate internal submissions with Budget Controllers


·   Manage monthly IBT forecast submission and updates to CUSA Finance


·   Manage weekly sales forecast submission to CUSA and Senior Management


Management Reporting & Analysis


·   Provide analysis of actuals, forecast and budget information on a timely basis


·   Provide monthly Economic Update to Senior Management


·   Other projects and analysis as required


 


Are you up for the challenge?



Requirements:


·   University Degree in Business/Accounting


·   Qualified CA/CMA/CGA or MBA


·   Knowledge of Hyperion would be asset


·   8 yrs experience in finance, accounting, treasury or related field
