Bilingual Technical Solutions Representative




Requirements:

  • Enhanced Security clearance
  • Nice to have: Lotus Notes
  • Knowledge of Problem Management Systems
  • 1-3 years general helpdesk telephone experience
  • High school education or equivalent, or equivalent combination of experience and college level education

Job Description:

  • Working as part of a team to provide remote (offsite) service customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery
  • The focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems
  • Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks
  • Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job
  • Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment
  • Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments
