Requirements:
- Enhanced Security clearance

- Knowledge of Problem Management Systems
- 1-3 years general helpdesk telephone experience
- High school education or equivalent, or equivalent combination of experience and college level education
Job Description:
- Working as part of a team to provide remote (offsite) service customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery
- The focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems
- Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks
- Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job
- Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment
- Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments
