Bilingual Collections Agent (#5781) What are the responsibilities of the job? . Collection and follow up on delinquent accounts . Reconciliation on customer accounts . MUST be fluently bilingual in English and French . 2-3 years experience working in a similar A/R and collections function . The ability to prioritize and respond to inquiries in a timely manner . The ability to retain a professional demeanor at all times .
