Bilingual Client Service Agent - 12 Month Assignme




Our client is looking for a Bilingual Client Service Agent to join their team for a 12 month assignment. Applicants must have flexibility in meeting shift work requirements including mornings, evenings and Saturdays. Schedule will be within the hours of 8 am to 8 pm.


 


Responsibilities Include:



  • Respond to telephone inquiries from various clients across Canada in both official languages

  • Assist individuals with application submissions by providing clear, concise, courteous and customized service

  • Provide information to clients via email

  • Perform research in order to provide clear information requested by clients

  • Seek out and take note of information that could improve client service, and provide this feedback to the appropriate Team Leader


Qualifications Include:



  • University degree in economics, finance, business or related field a combination of training and industry experience may be considered

  • Fluent in French and English with the ability to read, write and converse in both languages

  • Flexibility and the ability to customize responses and advice to reflect the specific conditions which may apply

  • Strong, professional communication skills and the ability to build relationships

  • Proven task management skills and the ability to undertake research and analysis
