Reporting to the Application Development Director the .net Applications Developer is responsible for .

4       Working closely with other developers to maintain and enhance the applications

4       Develop and maintain database and web applications that form the internal and external interfaces of the company

4       Understands the technical or professional aspects of his or her work and continually updates technical knowledge, particularly in database and software development

4       Analyzes issues and breaks them down into their components makes systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information

As the ideal candidate you have .

4       4+ years experience in software development with 2+ years using SQL Server 2005 and .NET technologies, with proven ability to deliver results on time

4       A BSc in information technology or related field, OR applicable work experience

4       In-depth knowledge of T-SQL development, including stored procedures

4       Experience of working with large relational databases

4       Hands-on experience in technical design, development and deployment of database and web-based applications

4       Experience with object-oriented technologies and Microsoft web technologies (.NET Framework 2.0-3.5, ASP.NET, VB.NET and C#), AJAX, database technologies (SQL Server 2005), web services, best practice techniques)

4       Experience using source control, work-flow ticketing systems

4       Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and application of software development (Agile) methodologies and processes
