Focus on the responding to and managing of new internet project:

    -Reviewing emails back from potential internet buyers

    -Answering questions about product specifications, stock availablility, etc...

    -200-300 internet customers (companies) to manage



Processing customer claims:

    -Dealing with major retailers on large and complicated claims

    -Spreadsheet analysis

    -Defective goods calculations

    -Communication with sales offices and occasionally direct to customers



Back-up for other administration positions:

    -Order flow (EDI, ...)

    -Must be very comfortable on the internet
