Do you pride yourself in possessing exceptional client services skills coupled with strong technical skills in the area of video conferencing and presentation equipment? If so, Options Personnel Inc has the job for you! Our outstanding client located downtown Toronto is looking for strong candidates to fill their immediate needs. In this fulltime role you will be responsible for:
- Greeting all arriving clients both internally and externally.
- Addressing any first level technical issues concerning presentation and communication technologies within the boardroom setting and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Setting up, troubleshooting, testing and operating all equipment related to boardroom presentation equipment.
- Providing basic training and assisting all users of equipment and technology when required.
- Providing backup to client services when required during breaks and absences.
We are looking for top notch client service skills along with exceptional professionalism and demonstrated technical skills. Our client requires strong communication skills and a team player attitude. Experience with MS Office and presentation experience is required. This role requires someone who can work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
