Lead Qualification Representative




As a Lead Qualification Representative, you will be the first line of contact for customers and partners.  Responding to inbound telephone and email inquiries, you will kick-start the sales-cycle by identifying, evaluating, qualifying, and in some cases, closing opportunities for Business Objects/SAP products and services.  Through qualification you will uncover how Business Objects/SAP's technology relates to their business issues, and route them to the appropriate sales channel within Business Objects/SAP.



Qualifications:

-At least 2 years of successful experience in a business environment

-A passion for technology

-Demonstrated ability to learn quickly

-Ability to multi-task and adapt to change

-Demonstrated history of overachieving goals

-Superior written and verbal communication skills

-Strong business acumen and the ability to relate technology to business

-Undergraduate degree or diploma

-Experience using a SFA or CRM tool
